60‑minute run sheet

• Flow: 10 min Explore → 15 min Get Stuck (sacred pause) → 20 min Notice → 15 min Make It Real

• Prompts:

  1. Explore: “Describe your present state in 4–6 sentences. What is the real question you want to ask?”

  2. Get Stuck: “Name the block without solving it. What archetype would carry this feeling?”

  3. Notice: “Rewrite your question in your voice, with the archetype named. Ask the AI to mirror back 3 questions.”

  4. Make It Real: “Produce one output: 4 lyric lines, 1 reflective paragraph, or a decision statement.”

• Success criteria: one artifact per student, named archetype, one sentence of clarity, and consent noted for any share‑outs.

Instructor rubric (quick)

• Healthy signals: clear first‑person context, body‑based singability test, co‑interpretation across languages, human edits before polish
• Unhealthy signals: tool‑led outputs, generic templates, bypassing emotion with glossy results, prompt spamming
• Quick check: Can the student explain why this line/decision is true in their body? If not, pause and return to “prompt‑in‑my‑voice.”

Consent language (copy‑paste)

• Private by default. Opt‑in only for sharing artifacts outside the classroom. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• No third‑party uploads of your work without explicit written consent.
• Screenshots and transcripts will be redacted to remove names and identifiers.
